DESCRIPTION:The Best Southwest Partnership is Building S.T.E.A.M. Towards our Future. Your invited to join in the celebration of Economic Development and Scholars successes in the areas of Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Arts and Mathematics.\n\n\n\nThe 2024 R.E.D. Summit will be held at Dallas College Cedar Valley in their newly finished Student Engagement Center.\n\n\n\nIn this new great space the Best Southwest Partnership will hold it's annual Regional Economic Development Summit. The afternoon will be jam packed with incredible projects and panel discussion all centered around S.T.E.A.M.\n\n	BSWP scholars will showcase their award winning S.T.E.A.M. projects from the Showcase & Competition held Feb 10\, 2024.\n	Employer panel discussion moderated by Stephanie Starrett\, BSWP Chair with panelists from Niagra Bottling\, LLC\, Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center\, Amazon  and Kodiak Robotics Inc.\n	BSWP Mayoral Scholarship Recipients will be announced\n	Talent development discussion moderated by Kenya Wilson\, Director\, College and Career Readiness Programs with Educate Texas Communities Foundation of Texas with panelists Dr. Gerald Hudson\, Cedar Hill ISD\, Dr. Usamah Rodgers with DeSoto ISD\, Dr. Andrea Fields with Duncanville ISD\, Dr. Katrise Perera with Lancaster ISD\, Dr. Veronique Tran with Dallas College and Adam Barber with Texas State Technical College\n	BSWP Economic Development Corporations will showcase S.T.E.A.M. related projects new to their cities\n\nThe day will end with a VIP Happy Hour on the patio. Make sure you select the VIP Attendant Package ($100) which includes\; One admission to event\, one admission to cocktail networking hour and the infamous SWAG Bag.
